   book! AMAZING! WHAT A GREAT READ AND RIDE! This thriller never stopped, the pages were flipping by, I could not quit reading! Usually I’ll read a book all the way through, however, this book had a spot that I could not do that with, without taking a significant break before I could pick it up again about 12 hours later and finishing the book! It is an awesome thriller, written well, super story, very believable sounding! Wonderful characters that brings everything to life! Twists and turns galore but they’re placed correctly, not haphazardly, so they flow within the book! You’ll just have to read this great book yourself and see what I mean! It really is AWESOME, NO JOKE!

   I’m not sure you can appreciate this book unless you have read all or most of the Alex Mercer Thrillers! That’s because these recurring characters become sort of like family. These books are fiction, the kind that you feel are not very realistic, but are very entertaining, maybe because of that!Alex has quite the backstory, and he and his family are constantly dealing with criminals, kidnappings, and stalkings! Book 8 has two story threads running through with Alex’s stalker and Nick’s mummy. Alex’s daughter, Ariana, is in LUV, and it turns her into a teenager who shuns her dad. Meanwhile, the stalker is getting nastier! Nick and Genevieve bought a house together for their large family to fix up, and surprise! There’s a mummy in the attic!This story is clever, engrossing, and entertaining. Surprises and twists, plus an ending that makes you happily anticipate more Alex Mercer books.

   One of the better ones in the series. These books keep you interested and are great quick reads. Perfect for traveling or if you only have a little bit of down time to read. Easy to follow but not always easy to figure out.

   I love this series! Ms. Claflin has a writing style that really lends itself to these fast paced thrillers. She hooks you into the story from the beginning with the threat of danger & keeps you involved until the end. There are little things that indicate what’s going on but it’s difficult to put them all together since they come from different directions. There is a secondary mystery that has Alex’s boss/friend preoccupied. These characters are excellently portrayed & have taken on lives of their own. I really can’t wait to see what they get embroiled in next!

   This series has been a joy to read. I find it thrilling at times and relaxing at times. I have come to love the characters in the series. I don’t tell what is in the books I read.That is for you to read and find out. I would recommend this series to anyone. But these families go through a lot. Off to the next book in this series.

   The Alex Mercer series is an interesting and thrilling read. Even with an LE background I still look forward to more in the series. I gave up giving’Book Reports’ in high school, but will recommend an interesting book.You will not regret buying this. If you’ve not read any of the Alex Mercer series then start with book 1 you’ll not regret it, you’ll find yourself soon at the end of book 8 looking for more!NOW enjoy great reading!

   ARI is acting weird and Alex doesn’t know what to do. Nick and Genieve just bought an old house and are sorting through all the old stuff when they find a mummy. Alex I getting more threats from his stalker….can things get more messy? A page turner mystery. I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

   Alex Mercer never disappoints. He always gets his man, but did he get all of them. I just love the way the author brings all the loveable characters together. Stacy Claflin never disappoint her reader’s. So looking forward to more of the Alex Mercer thrillers. Well done.

   Brilliant!
   Considering this is the 8th book, I was wondering what else could possibly happen to Alex Mercer, his family and friends after previous abductions, including a cult abduction, family feuds, unknown biological parents and more. This story had me gripped right from the start, lots of twists and wonderful characters you want to see succeed whatever comes their way. I look forward to seeing what is next and to watch these characters grow.
